George Osborne has told the Tory Conference "Workers, replace your old rights of unfair dismissal
and redundancy with new rights of ownership."
And why stop there? I'd surrender my
right to appeal to Trading Standards for a teasmaid, provided
they threw in an extended warranty. But I'm not giving up the
presumption of innocence for anything less than an iPad.
